Navigation:  Menus > File Menu > Document Options

This File menu command opens the Document Options dialog box. Use this dialog box to manage the pages and custom tools contained in the currently active document.

The keyboard shortcut for Document Options is Shift+Ctrl+D (Windows) or Shift-D (Mac).

 

(Mac 5.1 only) In this dialog box, you can select multiple pages or tools to reorder or remove them, and you can use P and T as keyboard shortcuts for PAGES and TOOLS
